The Restoration Program Manager plays a vital role in overseeing client-approved restoration projects and installations and merges key project management duties with account relationship management.

Compensation Information:

$65,000 annually plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Drive cross-functional accountability, ensuring all critical tasks are completed by stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Track/report project progress, identifying any factors that would prevent timely, on-budget completion. Work closely with internal teams to keep collaboration smooth and ensure projects are completed successfully. Regularly review reports/data to help prevent project delays and cancellations. Organize and record client-approved project changes, clearly outlining how they impact all aspects of the project. Facilitate prompt resolution of service issues to the customer's satisfaction. Improve delivery and customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication with and providing feedback to account owners and customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience developing and managing account-level relationships, preferably in restoration or a related field. Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams, focused on customer installations and delivery. CAPM or PMP certification preferred. Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams and customers. Why Empire Today?
