Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Interior Design & Construction team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with design selections, generate sales opportunities, coordinate project details, and support the successful delivery of residential and commercial interior projects. Essential Job Functions

• Assist customers with interior design product selections including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and finishes
• Support the Principal Owner with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Prepare quotes, proposals, invoices, and sales contracts
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and project managers
• Conduct showroom presentations and product demonstrations
• Maintain showroom appearance, organization, and product displays
• Collect customer balances due and assist with payment processing
• Maintain knowledge of current interior design trends and construction materials
• Support project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Maintain organized client records and project documentation
• Maintain professional correspondence with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members via email, phone, and in person Desired Skills
