This is a phone sales role where you will be on the phone 100% of the day.

• Fix and Flip , you'll be on the front lines of the business — speaking with motivated sellers, making cash offers, and putting deals under contract.

You'll focus on closing and on the phone all-day . What You'll Do Daily Make 175+ inbound/outbound calls with warm, motivated sellers Build rapport and uncover seller motivation Negotiate win-win solutions Present cash offers using proven scripts and strategies Analyze properties and determine offer prices (training provided) Manage leads and follow-ups in our CRM Send contracts and push deals through closing

Bonus :

Earn up to $30,000 within your first 3-months by closing $300,000 of revenue within your first 90-days! Training & Support No experience? No problem.
