Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate individuals to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. A Freezy Tale specializes in freeze dried goodies. Every employee will be trained to assist in food/candy prep, freeze dryer operation, inventory needs and batch completion.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
• Participate in training for food/candy prep, operation of freeze dryer equipment. Operating milkshake makers, waffles etc.
• Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle all purchase transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Answer phone / respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability for customers.
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products.

Applicants must be able to work weekends and some mornings.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred yet not required, we train you !
• Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Candidates must be able to work weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun)and some holidays.
