Job Overview Join our team as an AT&T Sales Associate and become the go-to expert helping customers stay connected with the latest wireless technology, internet services, and entertainment solutions! In this fast-paced retail role, you will provide exceptional customer service, recommend products and services that fit customer needs, and create a welcoming shopping experience. Whether assisting with mobile devices, explaining wireless plans, processing transactions, or supporting store operations, your enthusiasm and communication skills will help customers make confident purchasing decisions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your sales and customer service career in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, internet services, and entertainment packages tailored to their needs Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service benefits clearly to drive sales and customer satisfaction Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, activations, upgrades, and bill payments Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective communication and product recommendations Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays, ensuring devices and accessories are properly stocked Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, account questions, and service inquiries Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and organizing new shipments promptly Promote additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling techniques Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create a professional and inviting environment Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customers Experience Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude Familiarity with smartphones, mobile technology, wireless services, and accessories is a plus Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales techniques is beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively Organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations Experience with sales goals, commission-based environments, or upselling is an asset A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for technology will help you succeed in this dynamic retail role Join us and help customers stay connected with the technology they rely on every day while building valuable sales and customer service experience in a supportive team environment!
Pay:
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour
