• Airway Heights, WA Full-Time Opportunities Available Builders Supply in Airway Heights is currently hiring motivated and customer-focused Consultants across multiple departments, including: Electrical Plumbing Farm & Ranch Automotive We are looking for individuals with strong core field knowledge, professional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Candidates should be comfortable helping customers, supporting department growth, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor. Position Overview As a Consultant at Builders Supply, you will play a key role in assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting daily department operations. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, merchandising, inventory awareness, and department development. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and project solutions Maintain and merchandise department displays and inventory Support department development and growth initiatives Build strong relationships with contractors, homeowners, ranchers, and agricultural customers Ensure shelves and displays remain organized, stocked, and visually appealing Assist with special orders, inventory control, and product recommendations Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment

QualificationsPreferred Experience In One or More Areas:

Electrical systems and supplies Plumbing systems and fixtures Farm, feed, fencing, or agricultural products
