This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, food-focused retail environment. Team Leads play a key role in daily operations, staff support, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Lead shifts and serve as a point person during daily operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Train and mentor Junior Associates and Retail Associates.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and SOPs.
• Oversee product quality, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Assist with customer service escalations and problem-solving.
• Coordinate workflow during busy periods (ice cream service, food prep, register flow).
• Support inventory tasks, including restocking, ordering assistance, and shrink awareness.
• Assist with special orders and events.
• Other tasks as assigned by management discretion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous retail, food service, or hospitality experience required
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

Hourly wage based on experience, starting at \$16.50/hr + tips.
