Risk Management Analyst Requirements Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences. 0-3 years of experience in systems engineering, risk management, or a related discipline Analytical and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Work collaboratively in a team environment Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., DoD, NASA, ISO) Exposure to program management or systems engineering environments Understanding of quantitative and qualitative risk analysis techniques Overview This entry-level position provides systems engineering support focused on risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies in support of defense and space programs. This role will work under close supervision and contribute to the development and evaluation of risk management processes, documentation, and related systems engineering activities. Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of risk registers, risk mitigation plans, and related documentation Support risk identification, analysis, and prioritization across programs and projects Participate in risk review boards and support coordination with stakeholders Assist in applying risk tools and techniques to support program decision-making Ensure compliance with customer and program-specific risk management standards and best practices Contribute to other systems engineering tasks as required Benefits We offer competitive salaries commensurate with education and experience.
