Store Associate (RT591) 2 Positions Available Full-Time Requirements High School Diploma or GED required (or currently in progress) Experience in retail, food service, or a customer-focused environment preferred but not required Regularly lift up to 50 pounds Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, and stocking Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed May be required to obtain and maintain applicable food handler and/or alcohol service permits in accordance with state and local regulations Required Skills Customer service skills to provide professional service Verbal communication skills Work in a fast-paced retail environment Work as part of a team and maintain a respectful workplace Math skills for handling transactions Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures Attention to detail and organizational skills Responsibilities Provide prompt and courteous service to customers at the register and self-checkout Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Address customer questions or concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary Suggest additional products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience Maintain adequate stock levels of merchandise, food, and beverage items Ensure food preparation and beverage areas meet company quality and safety standards Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed Maintain cleanliness of the store interior and exterior, including routine cleaning tasks Assist with inventory control and organization Support team members to ensure smooth daily store operations All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment with RaceTrac without regard to their race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
