Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU Team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages, support providers in managing acute and chronic conditions, and promote overall health and wellness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and confident in coordinating care, performing clinical assessments, and supporting preventative health services in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and minor treatments Manage care for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as prescribed Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive care Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and diagnostic testing Respond to patient calls, triage concerns, and provide appropriate guidance Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies Support health screenings and wellness initiatives.
