As an RN Nurse Manager, you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care. Scope of Responsibility:

To provide consistent high quality care services to each resident and his/her family through leadership, supervision and support of the nursing team. Identify resident needs and promote team approach to resident comfort and care.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Currently licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state. Current certification in infection prevention Previous supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living required. Knowledge of MDS process and care planning desired. Experience with electronic medical records desired (we use PCC)

• Friday On call Rotation every 3-4 weekend; with on call pay Hours are 9am to 530pm
