RN Staff Nurse

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to residents with a wide range of medical needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
