Full-time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee clinical care and lead nursing staff within our long-term care/skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for staff supervision, care coordination, clinical oversight, and resident outcomes , while supporting a high standard of care and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for geriatric care , along with the ability to guide and develop nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.
