We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for patient care, demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, and have experience across diverse medical settings. As a vital part of our organization, you will provide comprehensive nursing services, support patient recovery, and promote health and wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols, including IV infusion and medication administration techniques. Assist with diagnostic procedures such as laboratory specimen collection, phlebotomy, catheterization, and wound suturing to support diagnostic evaluation. Manage acute pain and chronic conditions through appropriate interventions in settings like ICU, emergency room, or long-term care facilities. Provide specialized care for diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care residents, and hospice patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans aligned with NCQA standards and trauma medicine protocols. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical documentation to uphold patient confidentiality and legal standards. Support patient education initiatives focusing on health coaching, discharge planning, and post-acute care instructions to promote optimal recovery outcomes. Qualifications Valid licensure as an RN or LPN in the respective state or jurisdiction with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Proven experience working in acute care environments such as hospitals (including Level I & II trauma centers), emergency rooms, ICU/CCU units, or outpatient clinics. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for accurate medical records management. Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, aseptic technique, ventilator management, tube feeding administration, and infection control practices. Experience in specialized areas such as cardiology (cardiac catheterization), nephrology (dialysis), ophthalmology (Botulinum toxin treatment), or occupational health is highly desirable. Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for procedures, and familiarity with laboratory testing procedures enhances your candidacy. Excellent communication skills combined with critical thinking abilities to perform triage assessments and coordinate complex case management effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse healthcare teams while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care across various settings including assisted living, nursing homes, hospice & palliative medicine, or home & community care environments.
