Room Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience during their stay. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and beverages to enhance guest comfort. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices or custodial experience will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
