Job Placement Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Job Placement Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of our talent placement initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between Graduated Students and Employers, coordinating placement efforts that align with organizational goals and candidate aspirations. You will be responsible for supporting graduates of the Clinical Medical Assistant program by assisting with employment placement, employer outreach, and job verification. This role serves students across all States, ensuring compliance with state and federal reporting requirements while maintaining strong employer relationships nationwide. The ideal candidate is organized, student-focused, and experienced in healthcare career services or workforce development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate job placement efforts for graduates seeking employment as Clinical Medical Assistants across the United States
• Actively contact graduates throughout the day/week via phone, email, and virtual platforms to support employment placement
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing medical offices, clinics, and healthcare employers
• Track student progress, placement outcomes, and employer engagement using internal systems and reports
• Pull, analyze, and maintain reports from the Online Smart Portal to monitor placement metrics and activity
• Maintain organized records of employer contacts, student communications, and placement status
• Provide guidance and motivation to graduates throughout their job search process
• Lead outreach efforts through social media management, cold calling, and community engagement to generate leads and increase candidate pool diversity Requirements Proven experience in job placement, career services, recruiting, or workforce development (required) Strong organizational with attention to details, communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple students and employer relationships simultaneously Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail Comfortable using technology platforms including Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Professional phone presence and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Job Placement Coordinator within the government sector or educational institutions
• Experience placing students or candidates in healthcare or allied health roles
• Familiarity with workforce development programs, career services, or vocational training environment
