Ropes Course / Zipline Specialist

Ideal Candidate- Hard working staff who wants to work hard and have fun doing it. Enjoy this face paced, outdoors environment where you get to provide the summer of a lifetime for campers aged 3-13. Join our dynamic team as a Ropes Course Staff member and help create safe, fun, and challenging experiences for campers on our ropes and adventure course! You'll be responsible for leading and supervising activities on high and low elements, including our zip-line!

Training:

Provided by Breezemont!

Supervision:

Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times

Leadership:

Serve as a positive role model, displaying enthusiasm, empathy, and responsibility.

Support:

Assist campers in developing social skills, confidence, and independence.

Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow staff members and supervisors to provide a seamless and fun camp experience.

Safety:

Enforce all camp rules and ensure proper use of equipment and facilities. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic camp environment.
