This position is specifically intended for applicants currently residing in Oregon or Washington who are interested in participating in rotational residential support coverage arrangements in Wyoming. Local Wyoming applicants are not currently being considered for this position. Serenity Wellness Solutions is currently seeking dependable, self-directed individuals to provide Community Living Services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. This is a nontraditional rotational support role designed for individuals who value autonomy, accountability, meaningful work, and flexible block-style scheduling rather than traditional hourly caregiving environments. Contractors may reside in Oregon or Washington but must be willing to participate in agreed Wyoming residential coverage arrangements. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability independent contractor role intended for individuals who can operate professionally without constant supervision or micromanagement. The individuals supported rely heavily on consistency, emotional stability, communication, and structured support from the people around them. This role is not passive caregiving or "babysitting." It requires professionalism, follow-through, and the ability to function independently in a residential environment. What This Role Involves Contractors assist with daily living support and community-based activities, including: Hygiene, grooming, and routine support Medication assistance in accordance with Wyoming Medication Assistance Training requirements Meal preparation and household organization Community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Maintaining a stable, respectful residential environment Monitoring general well-being and appropriately communicating concerns Completing required documentation tied to Medicaid and Chapter 45 requirements This is non-clinical support work focused on maintaining quality of life, structure, safety, and independence. Schedule Structure This role is structured around shared residential rotational coverage between contractors. Contractors coordinate schedules among themselves to maintain consistent support coverage while operating independently. Daily schedules are not micromanaged, but continuity of support, communication, professionalism, and documentation standards are essential. This role is best suited for individuals comfortable with block-style scheduling, rotational coverage arrangements, travel, and independent work environments.Contractors are generally responsible for:
Managing agreed coverage periods Coordinating qualified coverage arrangements when unavailable Maintaining communication regarding scheduling or concerns Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time Compensation Compensation starts at approximately $1,500 per two-week coverage rotation depending on agreed coverage structure, responsibilities, and contractor performance.Compensation is tied to:
Completed service coverage Timely documentation submission Fulfillment of agreed contractor responsibilities Adherence to Chapter 45 standards and organizational expectations This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, certifications, transportation, and business-related expenses unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement. Additional Growth Opportunities Contractors who demonstrate strong reliability, professionalism, communication, and long-term consistency may have opportunities to participate in additional organizational support activities outside of direct residential coverage.Optional opportunities may include:
Assisting with contractor recruitment efforts Community outreach or referral development Supporting organizational growth initiatives Assisting with onboarding support or mentorship Helping expand community and professional networking relationships Additional responsibilities or growth-related contributions may qualify for increased contractor retainers or additional incentive-based compensation depending on organizational needs and contractor involvement. Participation in these opportunities is voluntary and based on organizational fit, contractor performance, and mutually agreed arrangements.Minimum Requirements Applicants must:
Currently reside in Oregon or Washington Be willing to participate in Wyoming residential coverage arrangements Pass a criminal background check Complete drug screening upon contract acceptance Maintain CPR and First Aid certification Maintain Wyoming Medication Assistance Training certification (if applicable) Maintain MANDT or CPI de-escalation certification Maintain reliable transportation and valid driver's license Prior experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.This Role Is Best Suited For Individuals Who:
