Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Roustabout to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various production processes, operating machinery, and assisting with fabrication and assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with manufacturing equipment, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills across multiple machining and fabrication disciplines. Responsibilities Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment including CNC laser cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe, plasma cutting, press brake machines, stamping presses, and electrical discharge machining tools. Support fabrication activities such as sheet metal work, welding, and assembly of components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality inspection and measurement verification. Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished products within the facility. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards. Assist with tooling setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting of machining equipment. Support quality control processes by inspecting parts for defects using precision measurement tools. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments with knowledge of machining processes such as CNC programming, CNC milling, CNC lathe, plasma cutting, stamping presses, or similar equipment preferred. Hands-on experience with welding techniques and mechanical assembly is highly desirable. Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and the use of precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. Knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation, hand tools, sheet metal handling, and machine operation. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Prior experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus but not mandatory. Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
