S2T Direct Support Professional (Driver Required 21+)

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who will serve as drivers for our members. Position Requirements (Driver Role) Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license (required) Clean driving record Comfortable driving company vehicles High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and required certifications Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset What You'll Do As a DSP Driver, you'll provide hands-on support in a group home setting while safely transporting members to appointments, community outings, work programs, and activities using company vehicles.

Daily Responsibilities:

Transport members safely to and from appointments and activities Assist with daily living skills (grooming, dressing, meals, hygiene) Support medication administration and medical needs Encourage independence and community involvement Maintain accurate documentation and daily notes Foster a respectful, positive home environment Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space Every shift is meaningful and your role directly impacts someone's quality of life.
