Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and field-capable Safety Coordiantor to join our team. This role is critical to supporting workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management across construction sites and operational environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction safety, strong hazard recognition, and the ability to work closely with leadership, project teams, and field personnel to help maintain a culture of safety and accountability. Key Responsibilities Conduct safety inspections, audits, and site assessments Identify hazards and support corrective actions Assist with incident investigations and reporting Help implement and enforce company safety procedures Maintain compliance documentation and training records Support employee safety training and jobsite awareness Monitor high-risk work activities including trenching, confined space, fall protection, and rigging Work collaboratively with management and field teams to uphold OSHA and client safety standards Minimum Requirements OSHA 30 required Construction site safety experience required Strong understanding of OSHA compliance and hazard recognition Clean driving record required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening CHST required within 2 years of appointment Preferred Qualifications First Aid / CPR / BBP / AED certifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, EHS, Construction Management, or related field Specialized experience in: Trenching and Excavation Confined Space Fall Protection Rigging Experience conducting safety inspections, training, and incident investigations This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who wants to make a real impact in the field while continuing to grow in the construction safety industry.
