We operate in a therapeutically designed 3000+ square foot clinic with an outdoor playground, indoor gymnasium, and a private staff bathroom. • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Conduct direct one-on-one and small group therapy sessions with clients
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
• Provide support in activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Skills
• Experience in behavioral health and working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in data collection and maintaining accurate records
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
