Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Outpatient Therapist to provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Develop and implement treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation consistent with HIPAA and clinical standards. Support clients experiencing challenges such as trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications Applicants must hold an active Hawaii license in one of the following: LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LAMFT - Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (Coming in July of 2026) Any other license that allows for the independent or supervised practice of psychotherapy in the state of

Our team manages the credentialing process and keeps clinicians informed throughout each step so the transition into practice is smooth. Once an offer is accepted, the position is secured while credentialing is completed. Clinicians who are already credentialed with major Hawaii insurers may be able to begin seeing clients sooner. Future Associate-Level Opportunities Beginning July 2026 , Hawaii law establishes associate-level licensure pathways that allow supervised therapists to provide services eligible for insurance reimbursement. As these opportunities expand, Hale Mana Counseling plans to welcome associate therapists working under supervision as part of our training and mentorship community.
