What you'll bring to the role: Previous experience in a sales support, marketing coordination, administration or commercial support role Exposure to technical support environments, with experience working with NDC (New Distribution Capability) and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) technologies Experience using Amadeus, or similar reservation and distribution systems A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to ask questions and show initiative Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy, particularly when handling data and reporting Clear written and verbal communication skills A collaborative and supportive mindset, with the ability to work effectively with both local and remote stakeholders Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), with openness to learning new systems and tools
