About the Role As a Senior Director in our Strategy capability, you will be the "tip of the spear" for our market solutions in New Zealand. This is a foundational leadership hire responsible for building our local "strategy muscle" and driving business-led outcomes for our clients. You will work directly with the local leadership team to engage with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into clear digital and transformation roadmaps. Rather than focusing on the purely technical aspects of strategy, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology enablement—particularly in high-demand areas like AI and data. You will be responsible for "telling the story"of transformation, helping customers navigate the journey from where they are today to where they need to be. What You'll Bring?

Strategic Gravitas:

Demonstrated experience operating at a Director or Senior Director level with the credibility and presence to influence C-suite executives and Board members.

Transformation Expertise:

A proven track record of leading complex digital transformations and the ability to articulate these experiences to help clients visualise their own journey.

Business-First Perspective:

Deep competence in business and corporate strategy, with the ability to explain how technologies like Data, AI, and ERP drive key KPIs and move a business forward.

Professional Services Background:

Strong experience within professional services or consulting environments, ensuring a deep understanding of how to run and grow a consultancy business. Customer Experience (CX)

Focus:

Ideally, you bring experience in CX or service design, helping us incubate and scale these capabilities within the New Zealand market.

Ambiguity Management:

The ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and the tactical skill to move programs from high-level strategy into successful delivery.

Industry Insight:
