Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Communicate product information and promotions effectively to customers. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions to inform customers and drive sales. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Qualifications Previous experience in cellular sales or retail store environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
