Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their experience Use Computer program to design and sell buildings Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Ensure compliance with store policies, including proper cash handling procedures and safety protocols Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment if applicable Previous retail sales experience, preferably in Construction or similar environments Proficiency with POS systems and basic math for transactions and inventory counts Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to assist team members when needed Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles to optimize product presentation and sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career in a lively environment.
