Sales Associate

Hourly pay with the ability to earn commission based on metrics. Raises yearly. Monthly bonuses and bi-weekly commission if goals are met. We are looking for someone with the following availability:

Tuesday and Wednesday:

11:30-2:30;

Thursday and Friday:

12:00-6:00 (some weekend shifts may be required as needed) 18 hours a week with some weeks being up to 24 hours as needed.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet company goals.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with patience and empathy
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Must have a vehicle on site (most days).
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of retail math is a plus
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other sales tools
