Estate Roofing Inc is seeking a motivated and reliable Outside Sales Representative to join our storm restoration team. This role is ideal for someone eager to enter the residential roofing industry — no prior experience required! We provide the mentorship and training you need to build a six-figure career in sales. You'll represent a trusted brand, meet with potential clients, and help them navigate storm damage insurance claims and roofing projects with integrity and ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods affected by storm damage to identify potential customers Speak with prospects, clients, and insurance carriers regarding our services Conduct professional inspections and recommend repair and replacement solutions Follow up with leads and manage relationships from inspection to project completion Close sales on projects by building value and trust Submit and track contracts and payments through company system

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be willing to climb & inspect roofing year round Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined Prior roofing experience is a plus but not necessary Must be coachable, ambitious, and capable of managing your own schedule
