POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Counselor plays an important role in supporting the growth and success of the community by building relationships with prospective residents and their families. Working under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Director , this position focuses on lead generation, conducting community tours, following up with prospects, and assisting families through the decision-making process. The Sales Counselor helps ensure a positive experience while supporting the community's occupancy goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build relationships with prospective residents and families Conduct professional and welcoming community tours Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication Assist families in understanding services, care options, and community lifestyle Participate in community events and outreach activities Maintain accurate records and sales activity documentation Collaborate with leadership to support occupancy and marketing goals Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and referral partners

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or service-based industries Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Passion for helping seniors and families
