In this pivotal role, you will oversee the sales process, manage and close deals, and help drive customer traffic into the dealership. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new markets and expand existing customer accounts Lead business development initiatives by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into closed deals Manage the entire sales cycle, including outreach, vehicle presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts Drive customer traffic into the dealership through proactive outreach and relationship building Utilize CRM platforms such as DealerCenter or Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline data, and optimize performance Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns and messaging that increase brand visibility and lead generation Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term relationships Mentor, train, and motivate sales staff while fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for continued growth Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales and a strong understanding of the dealership sales process Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently achieve sales goals Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience using CRM platforms such as DealerCenter, Salesforce, or similar systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment Strong organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of automotive marketing strategies and account management best practices Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Join us if you are passionate about sales, leadership, and building meaningful customer relationships while helping drive the growth of a rapidly expanding organization.
