In this role, you will represent our company by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that help drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Duties Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels to promote products and services Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend appropriate products or solutions Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction Manage driving and delivery responsibilities efficiently to ensure timely transportation of products and merchandise Assist customers with pricing inquiries, product comparisons, and general questions Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory, supplies, or promotional materials as needed Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and schedules Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing multiple customer accounts and daily responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers and team members through excellent communication and professionalism Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising is preferred but not required Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain a sales license within 30 days of employment Ability to safely perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities Strong math and problem-solving skills for pricing and inventory management Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities
