We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Representative who has a high level of experience within the landscape industry. Your Role About the Role We're seeking a Sales Manager for our landscape divsion to join our growing leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced sales-minded landscape professional who combines technical expertise with a passion for design, client communication, and detail. You'll lead clients through PSW's Client Fulfillment Process (CFP) — from discovery and concept to signed contract — ensuring every project reflects our commitment to excellence, trust, and craftsmanship. This will be done by leading your team and maintaining customer alignment throughout the entire experience. What You'll Do Serve as the primary client advisor for all landscape master planning (plantings, lighting, drainage, grading, irrigation, and hardscapes. This role will also include work areas such as pools and carpentry. However these areas are secondary. If you ae unfamiliar with them we will provide you the necessary training and education. Conduct on-site consultations to identify opportunities and guide clients through scope, design, and budgeting. Collaborate with our design, procurement, and operations teams to develop precise budgets, proposals and project strategies. Present detailed proposals, manage revisions, and close sales through PSW's Vision Agreement and Construction Contract phases. Provide field leadership througout the entire project to confirm customer alignmnet and field support. Identify upsell opportunities such as additional lighting zones, seasonal planting, and outdoor living enhancements. Represent the PSW brand with professionalism, clarity, and care — building lifelong client relationships. Create referral pipelines Build and maintain relationships for sales Networking What You Bring 10+ years of experience in large- scale, landscape design-build sales, project management, installation and construction leadership. Proven success in managing high-end residential or commercial outdoor living projects. Strong technical background in plant and tree selection, landscape bed layout, boulder integration, LED lighting systems, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape construction practices. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to read and interpret plans, budgets, and schedules. Proficiency with Buildertrend, HubSpot, or similar CRM/project tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between client sites. Ideal Candidate You are a sales-driven landscape professional who thrives on transforming ideas into living environments. $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
