Job Description

Job Overview FrontLine Cyber Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and technically minded Technical Sales Representative to help drive growth across our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, and relationship-driven sales. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will work directly with business clients to identify operational and cybersecurity challenges, recommend tailored IT and security solutions, and help organizations improve their technology posture through strategic partnerships. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and revenue driver, helping customers understand the value of managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, and infrastructure services. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone passionate about technology sales, business development, and cybersecurity consulting in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Compensation includes competitive base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for MSP and MSSP services Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, networking, and in-person meetings Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close Collaborate with technical engineers and leadership to develop customized IT and cybersecurity solutions Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through strategic account management and upselling Customer Success & Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing responsive communication and strategic recommendations Coordinate with internal operations and engineering teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and sales activity tracking Support long-term client retention through proactive engagement and account reviews Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development Background in
MSP, MSSP, IT
services, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or SaaS sales preferred Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud platforms, networking, or cybersecurity fundamentals Ability to confidently communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage customer relationships Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience using CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed Military, law enforcement, or public sector background is highly valued Desired Technical Knowledge Experience or familiarity with the following is considered a strong advantage: Managed IT Services (MSP) Managed Security Services (MSSP) Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
