That reputation is why we're growing. Your job is to help us grow faster. The Role As Sales Manager , you'll be in the field recruiting, training, and leading a door-to-door sales team from the ground up. This isn't a desk job. You'll work directly alongside our founder with consistent one-on-one support, and you'll have the autonomy to run your team your way as long as the numbers back it up. What You'll Do Recruit, train, and manage a team of D2D sales reps in the Idaho Falls market Run daily coaching, field training, and performance accountability Execute door-to-door sales personally while developing your team Work directly with company leadership to align on goals and growth targets Hit clearly defined KPIs with the scheduling freedom to get there your way

Who You Are Required:

At least two years in door-to-door sales — pest control experience moves you to the front of the line
