Job Description

Overview Join our growing team as a Sales Representative at IU Equipment Inc.! In this exciting role, you will help businesses improve warehouse efficiency, reduce downtime, and scale their operations through forklift sales, rentals, and full warehouse solutions. At IU Equipment, we don't just sell forklifts — we provide complete warehouse support including rentals, maintenance, racking, power, lighting, and consumables. You will work directly with warehouse owners, logistics companies, and manufacturers to deliver solutions that keep their operations running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the fast-growing material handling industry. Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing B2B clients to understand their warehouse and logistics needs.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of material handling solutions including: Forklifts (new & used) Equipment rentals Fleet service and maintenance programs Warehouse supplies and accessories
  • Develop and maintain relationships with warehouse managers, operations leaders, and business owners.
  • Generate quotes, follow up on leads, and close equipment sales and rental agreements.
  • Visit warehouses and job sites to identify new opportunities and provide on-site recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the service team to schedule demos, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in warehousing, logistics, and material handling technology. Required Experience
  • B2B sales experience preferred (equipment, construction, logistics, or industrial sales is a big plus).
  • Experience working in or around warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing environments is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other industrial equipment is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Valid driver's license required.
