Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with escrow transactions and is excited to help grow and develop sales in the East Valley market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and retain a high-quality customer base comprising Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders and Builders through a blend of new business acquisition and superior customer service.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, securing new orders and expanding business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers, ensuring timely communication and responsive support to address their needs effectively.
  • Strategically identify and pursue prospective customers through comprehensive market research and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic call plan, conducting productive meetings with qualified customers to understand their unique requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and organize all sales activity.
  • Tailor communication based on Salesforce history and personal insights gained from interactions.
  • Maintain monthly records of top-performing agents and engage with them periodically to assess needs and offer support.
  • Acknowledge directing customer's performance with personalized gestures like thank-you cards or compliments.
  • Actively contribute to evolving strategies and processes based on customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Utilize soft skills and industry knowledge to foster positive relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Enhance market presence by actively participating in real estate industry events and community engagements.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in understanding customer needs and objectives, with a keen ability to provide effective solutions. Effective communication style coupled with persistence and consistency in revenue generation. Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Adaptability to changing market conditions, with a solid understanding of real estate industry trends and competition.
