Support key aerospace customers with technical expertise, strong coordination, and a clear focus on delivery and commercial success.
Your Key Responsibilities Quote new product introductions and design changes in a timely and accurate manner. Review customer blueprints, specifications, and purchase orders to ensure all requirements are understood and aligned. Advise customers on bearing design and manufacturing topics, serving as a trusted technical contact. Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and help ensure full adherence across the organization. Prepare and deliver customer presentations, both virtually and in person, with professionalism and clarity. Support product delivery by coordinating supply chain activities, customer approvals, and new qualifications. Drive the successful introduction of new products into production using Advanced Product Quality Planning. Prepare and conduct negotiations on product quantities, pricing, and other commercial conditions. Gather, evaluate, and report information on market trends, technologies, competitors, and customer development needs. Contribute to budget planning and revenue planning for assigned customers. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field Several years of experience in aerospace or a related environment, ideally with customer-facing or sales responsibility Solid negotiation experience is considered an advantage Willingness to work mainly from the office and travel as required Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work effectively across teams External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
