Your Career As an Account Executive focused on Media, you will drive new business across broadcast, streaming, publishing, and entertainment companies navigating significant structural change. Content consolidation, M&A-driven integration debt, and the shift to direct-to-consumer models are creating real demand for workflow transformation. Your territory will be anchored on the East Coast, with target accounts including Comcast, NBCUniversal, Paramount, and AMC Networks - companies managing complex operating environments where ServiceNow has a clear and defensible value story. If you understand how media companies operate, have existing relationships in the sector, and know how to position ServiceNow as a platform for operational scale, this role is for you. Your Impact Build and execute territory plans across a defined set of media accounts, including near-term pipeline opportunities and longer-horizon relationship development Develop relationships with key executive buyers - CIO, COO, CFO, CDO - particularly within companies undergoing post-merger integration or platform consolidation Lead account strategy by mapping stakeholder relationships and coordinating a virtual team across Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success, and Alliance partners Position ServiceNow and AI-enabled workflow solutions in the context of media-specific operating challenges: rights management, production workflows, content supply chain, and workforce transformation Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and deliver accurate biweekly forecasts to sales leadership Monitor competitive landscape, market conditions, and platform developments relevant to the media sector Act as a sector SME, staying current on ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and client priorities Your Experience 4 to 6 years selling ServiceNow solutions or competing SaaS platforms, with direct experience in media, entertainment, or adjacent sectors Existing relationships with technology buyers at broadcast, streaming, publishing, or entertainment companies Demonstrated ability to sell consulting and advisory services, not just software licenses Familiarity with post-merger integration dynamics and how they drive technology consolidation decisions Experience with AI and agentic workflow positioning; ability to connect platform capabilities to operational outcomes Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch, not inheriting it Comfortable managing multiple concurrent sales cycles from initial qualification through close East Coast based; willingness to travel to client sites as the coverage model requires Education and Certifications BA/BS in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience ServiceNow certifications preferred; industry-specific credentials a plus We Take Care of Our People NewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
