Connecticut Pharmacy - Wallingford, CT Join a Pharmacy That Puts Relationships First Connecticut Pharmacy is a fast-growing, locally owned long-term care pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional service to assisted living communities, residential care homes, memory care communities, and group homes throughout Connecticut. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Pharmacy Liaison to join our Community Engagement team. This is an outside sales and account management role focused on strengthening existing partnerships while developing new business opportunities. If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Visit assisted living communities, residential care homes, memory care communities, and group homes throughout Connecticut. Build strong relationships with Executive Directors, Wellness Nurses, Directors of Nursing, and community staff. Conduct routine account reviews and follow-up visits. Coordinate educational events, flu clinics, health fairs, and resident activities. Represent Connecticut Pharmacy at networking events and community functions. Collaborate with pharmacy operations to ensure outstanding customer service. Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned communities. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Outside sales, healthcare, senior living, pharmaceutical, or business development experience preferred. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and managing a travel schedule. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Healthcare experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate with the right attitude.
