In addition to requisite passion, skills, and experience, you will need to demonstrate a consistent track record of professionalism, accountability, time-management, and hustle. You will play a key role driving a significant share of revenue for Blackwood, are you up for the challenge?

What you'll be doing: Working effectively within assigned segment and named account base to maximize sales potential Managing sales operational elements of territory, to include quoting, order processing, Salesforce.com (CRM) management, etc… Responsible for accurate forecasting pipeline up to leadership Building strong relationships with customers and partners by offering an additional layer of Blackwood support Proactively managing and communicating with customers/partners to drive the business forward Learning and managing multiple manufacturer technologies, partner programs, and deal registration processes Running outreach campaigns to drive new business In each applicable vertical Owning new opportunities out of the gate Active Management of Renewals in SFDC Submission of Meeting/Activity Summaries to RSM Completion of mutually agreed upon Monthly MBO Basic Qualifications US Citizen Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Proven track record as an assertive self-starter who flourishes in a competitive environment Hyper detail-oriented mindset with a strength in time-management. Someone who is not afraid to ask questions Ability to handle rejection Reputation of accuracy, responsiveness, professionalism - and generally someone who is easy and fun to work with Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Blackwood's Core Values and reputation - generating a positive image of our organization to the market
