Job Summary

Position Title

Senior Sales Executive, Beijing (BJS)

Regional Manager, Sales of Greater China & Hong Kong

Position Summary

Leading the sales team to explore the market, maintain and develop sales channels, planning and implementation of the sales initiatives, marketing plans and sales analytics with the achievement of sales targets.

Key Accountability

(Key deliverables in driving Group strategic focus, ie Profitability, Customer Experience, Deliver MH and People)

Support line manager to push the Beijing sales team and to be the pioneer in daily work.

Assist line manager to refine the sales strategies. Implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.

Capture the development of the industry and the update of competitors. Timely report important information to the line manager and adjust the operation.

Effectively promote the airlines products, services, and branding.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to increase sales opportunities and strengthen the airlines presence in the market.

Negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and other terms ie AFIS, hard block buy up, MHbiz Plus discounts, CUG with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners to ensure profitable sales arrangements for the airline.

Participate in the industry exhibitions, tourism bureaus roadshows, embassy events, and also organize joint roadshows with partners, so that to develop new partners, expand business opportunities, and promote the company brand.

Organize and participate in the regular agency training, update the latest products, prices, packages to agencies, and promote the companys brand, and also understand the needs of agencies.

Monitoring Market Trends:

Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and report to line manager on time.

Analyzing Sales Performance:

Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborating with

Marketing:

Working closely with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, advertising initiatives, and other marketing activities to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness.

Business trips to 2nd & 3rd tier cities to maintain and develop cooperation with agencies and clients around Beijing, so that to target more customers outside Beijing.

Assist line manager to hold the annual appreciation dinner for the top agencies to thank all their strong support in the past year, closer the relationship with them, and look forward to a deeper cooperation in the coming year.

Establish collaborations with cross-industry partners, such as schools, hotels, banks, high-end clubs, etc., to expand the sales opportunities.

Ensuring Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing sales activities, including pricing regulations, fare rules, and contractual obligations.

Providing Customer Support:

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to sales activities, and working to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Reporting and Forecasting:

Generating sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to provide management with insights into sales performance and market trends.

Reporting to line manager to response and action on job related action items assigned by superior in timely manner.
