Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hospice Care Consultant to drive growth and expand our presence within the healthcare community. In this vital role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to promote our hospice services. Your energetic approach and strategic sales skills will help ensure that patients receive compassionate end-of-life care while meeting organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through effective outreach, education, and relationship management. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to identify new referral sources and expand existing relationships within healthcare networks. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations of hospice care services to healthcare professionals, facility administrators, and community partners. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through regular communication, personalized service, and exceptional customer support. Negotiate agreements and facilitate deal closing processes with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with organizational policies. Manage a robust pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. Collaborate with clinical teams to understand patient needs and tailor service offerings accordingly. Meet or exceed sales goals by proactively identifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and demonstrating the value of hospice services in complex medical environments. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or medical/pharmaceutical sales with a focus on technical or scientific equipment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively present product demos and close deals. Demonstrated success in territory management, account management, and enterprise selling strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client tracking and analysis. Exceptional customer relationship building skills with a focus on client communication and service excellence. Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration while managing multiple accounts independently. Field sales experience within the hospice healthcare or home health sectors is highly desirable.
