The Cedar Rapids Kernels are the High-A Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. Cedar Rapids has hosted many affiliated baseball teams over the years, officially starting in 1891. Account Executive -
Ticket Sales Administrative Duties:
Answer the telephone, transfer calls, and greet visitors to the front office.
Manage the Front Office area:
order supplies for Ticket Office Maintain schedule for on-site meetings, update signage in entryways, and cleaning of entryways and general office area Coordinate all Donation requests, and maintain databases and records Assist members of the front office with the coordination of extra events and other duties as assigned. Supervise sales and coordination of in-game announcements.
Ticketing and Group Sales Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations in the Ticket Office. This includes daily opening and closing procedures and the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of Ticket Office staff & Interns. Assist the Hospitality Manager in overseeing game day staff: Guest Services, Ticket Takers, Ushers, and Security (in-season). Help with the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision in these areas. Manage all season ticket holder accounts Renew existing accounts, sell new accounts, and maintain databases Plan and execute an end of the season ticket holder appreciation event Create Half-season and Quarter-season ticket packages when schedule is released each
Fall Group Sales:
emphasis on selling party packages, groups in the stands, & party deck outings. Manage and maintain the TicketReturn ticketing system Set up the current baseball season, flex plan, and playoffs (as needed) Enter season ticket accounts Maintain databases Train all game day, full-time employees, & interns on the ticketing system Utilize and update CRM throughout the year Coordinate the 50/50 Raffle at each game on behalf of the Kernels Foundation Help coordinate and plan theme nights, promotions, and non-game events held at Veterans Memorial Stadium Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all guests Manage the cleaning and maintenance of the Box Office and its surrounding areas Ensure ticketing, scanner, and computer hardware are operating efficiently Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
