Job Description
WFVX (FOX 22)/WVII (ABC7) in Bangor, Maine has an opening for an Advertising Sales Representative. We did not anticipate having to list this position. A long-term employee, with a substantial list of accounts passed away. He will be difficult to replace. Are you a happy, cheerful person who wants to win, who wants a career and can persuade people to buy from you? If so, I would love to hear from you now. This is not a work from home position. You will start and finish the day in our office. In between you will be out selling. You will sell advertising to local businesses in the Greater Bangor area. This includes, prospecting and developing new business. You will be presenting proposals, selling, servicing and maintaining television and digital advertising accounts. You will need your own car and possess a clean driving record. Basic computer skills are a must. Pay is Salary + Commission-based and includes $150 a month gasoline allowance.
