Account Executive - Respiratory
Job Description
Account Executive - Respiratory Up to $100,000 Base + Generous Commission Scheme (on average around $6k a month) On the road position Full-Time - Covering Omaha, NE Are you a driven medical sales professional with experience in respiratory services, homecare, DME, infusion, or healthcare sales? We're seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Respiratory Account Executive to join a growing healthcare organization specializing in respiratory products and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building strong referral partnerships, and has a proven ability to grow territory revenue through strategic business development and exceptional client service. What You'll Be Doing Drive sales growth of respiratory products and healthcare services across assigned territory Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, and referral sources Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase referrals and revenue Support implementation of clinical programs and territory growth initiatives Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational meetings with healthcare professionals Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with Clinical Respiratory Liaisons and internal teams to maximize market performance Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals Develop strategic territory marketing plans aligned with company objectives What We're Looking For Previous medical sales experience required Experience selling respiratory services or working with health systems preferred Background in Homecare, DME, Infusion, Home Health, or related healthcare industry strongly preferred Respiratory Therapist background or current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure is a plus Strong relationship-building and presentation skills Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset Proficient with PC systems, email communication, and electronic documentation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Our Client?
