Job Description
Summary Sales Executives will develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase brand visibility and market share nationwide. They build strong relationships with key decision-makers, exceeding sales targets through cross-selling, retail placement, and new partnerships. The role involves managing negotiations, conducting product demonstrations, promoting new product offerings and representing the company at trade shows to promote innovative beverage lines. They continuously analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Additionally, they will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold food safety and quality standards during facility visits. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans which increase visibility of brands nationwide. Build relationships with key decision makers in the sales and distribution space Exceed sales targets through cross-selling brands, securing space in a variety of retail locations. Track and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly key performance indicators that includes but is not limited to monthly sales growth, account penetration and customer retention. Conduct production demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our innovative beverage production lines Develop and secure partnerships with other beverage brands for co-packaging opportunities. Attending and/or exhibiting at customer trade shows or similar events Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives Provide high level of customer satisfaction, alerting existing and previous customers of new products, services and enhancement that may be of interest. Attend frequent and regular customer visits. Address any concerns or inquiries that may arise post-sale. Must maintain accurate documentation that is legible and organized. While at the facility, follow good manufacturing practices While at the facility, follow food safety and quality regulations and company guidelines. Participate in ongoing training related to job duties, safety, equipment operation, and product handling. Perform other duties as directed by management These responsibilities are considered essential functions of the role and must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- 3 years' minimum sales experience at promoting new product lines
- Beverage product placement experience
- Ability to travel
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Education / Certificates
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to perform repetitious work.
