We're Arkansas' leading marketing agency, and we're looking for an Account Executive to help us continue making waves. Position Overview The Account Executive is an essential part of our client services team, serving as a key point of contact for clients and supporting the execution of marketing programs. You'll collaborate with experienced team members across various disciplines to ensure that client deliverables are on point, on time, and aligned with our promise of strategy, performance, and results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client Coordination:
Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely communication and support, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed.
Project Support:
Help execute marketing campaigns, working closely with senior team members to maintain project timelines, deliverables, and performance goals.
Collaboration:
Serve as a reliable liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that tasks are well-coordinated and progress is regularly reported.
Budget Assistance:
Support the development of proposals, budgets, and contracts under the guidance of senior account leaders.
Problem-Solving:
Tackle project challenges with intelligence, bringing potential solutions to the team for review.
Learning & Development:
Take advantage of mentorship opportunities from senior colleagues to further develop expertise in marketing strategy and execution.
AI:
Appropriately applies AI-assisted tools and technologies to job duties, following organizational guidelines on data privacy, security, and responsible AI use. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, though candidates with relevant experience will be considered. 2-3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field; agency experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with digital and media marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Communication & Reasoning Ability Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions and correspondence. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both one-on-one and group settings. Ability to apply logical reasoning to solve problems involving multiple variables. Work Environment Normal office environment with hybrid work flexibility. Occasional travel may be required for client visits, presentations, or ad production.
