It is our mission to provide independent dentists with the resources, tools and strategies to grow their practices, maintain clinical autonomy, and operate efficiently. Reporting to the VP and GM, the Account Executive (AE) is an important role in driving BEST's growth strategy. It is customer facing and requires a motivated and inspiring individual who can connect with people and get them excited about accomplishing their goals. The AE will have a strong understanding of BEST's service offering and will engage directly with members to provide support, offer solutions and identify opportunities for members to increase their use of the BEST portfolio and channel partners. The AE must be personable, accessible and solution-oriented. Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Represent BEST's products and services with a comprehensive understanding the BEST portfolio. Directly engage with practices to identify how our solutions meet their needs Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Prepare and distribute quarterly business reports to clients Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key customer account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization Personal integrity Highly self-motivated Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Proficiency within CRM software Analytical and problem-solving skill set Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Qualifications 1 year in either administrative, healthcare and or sales setting preferred Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (including MS Word and MS Excel) BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred
