Remote 9190 Edes Avenue, Oakland CA 94603, United States Apply Share Job Description As a FedEx Sales Professional, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and converting mid-market/enterprise contracts, working alongside our enterprise sales team. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies to generate pipeline, close opportunities, and drive both new business and expansion. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive business relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Essential Functions Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and close opportunities against an assigned quota. Identify and qualify leads that fit our ideal client profiles to market the company's products and services. Adapt to high growth, fast-growing, and changing environments quickly.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory to drive both new business and expansion. Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives. Confidently negotiate and present FedEx value propositions to existing and new customers.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Coordinate internal FedEx resources to meet customer business needs. Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with core enterprise sales resources to ensure strategic alignment. Share client feedback and market insights with cross-functional teams to influence product development and strategy. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum Experience 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience selling SaaS/software products into new logos. Upper Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong entrepreneurial and business acumen. Ability to adapt quickly in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling complex enterprise SaaS/software solutions. Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase. Proven track record overachieving targets at Software/SaaS companies

Preferred Qualifications:

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location severa l times per week.
